At Bima GmbH, polymechanics (4 years of training) are trained in the field

Task


The trainees program their tasks on modern computer-controlled machines or work with traditional milling and turning machines.


Using design drawings, they define the individual processing steps and program the machines to precisely manufacture complex workpieces.


To ensure quality, they use high-precision measuring and testing equipment to precisely control the manufactured parts.


They are also involved in the assembly of equipment, systems and machines and are responsible for their commissioning.

Mr. Huber is responsible for the practical basic training of the trainees in our company. In this role, he ensures that the young specialists acquire the basic skills and knowledge they need for their further professional development.


As soon as the trainees are familiar with the basic skills, the respective specialists take over the training on the machines.


During the first two years of their apprenticeship, the trainees attend

inter-company courses in which they learn the basic skills

be conveyed.


The inter-company courses teach them basic skills and technical knowledge that are of key importance for their future professional activities. The content of these courses ranges from general fundamentals to specialized topics that help trainees develop a solid understanding of their field.



The main objectives of the training are:


  • Train young professionals for your own production.


  • Train professionals who understand operational and entrepreneurial contexts and are prepared for future professional life.
